Customer Technical Advisor (Soft Fixer)

Location: Sittingbourne
Basic Salary: £35,000 - per annum
Full-time, Permanent, Monday-Friday

  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence
  • Minimum of 2 years gas servicing and maintenance experience
  • Unvented Hot Water

  • OFTEC, HETAS, LPG

Purpose of the Role:

As a Customer Technical Advisor, based in our head office in Sittingbourne, you will be helping our customers make simple repairs to their heating systems over the phone. You are expected to meet the targets set of you to achieve this role, these include, but are not limited to productivity, customer satisfaction and cost savings for the business. You are expected to keep apprised of any Gas Safety regulation changes and uphold the highest quality of work

Key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • To achieve a first-time fix if possible, with the customer keeping the soft fix email inbox up to date.
  • To minimise costs by ordering parts for first time fix.
  • To maintain customer satisfaction
