If your appointment is today you can track your engineer in your online account.
You can log into your online account or register an account to rebook your annual service. You can also track your engineer on the day of your appointment, change your personal details and book a repair.
You can renew your service cover on our boiler cover and service plans page. Just fill in your details, complete payment and a member of our team will add this to your account.

If you are looking to pay a deposit for a new boiler installation you can do so online by using this form to enter your contact details, quote/invoice number and the amount due. It's then just a simple matter of entering your card details. Please note, we contact our customers to confirm when a payment is due. If you have received no correspondence from us regarding a payment that is due, then you do not need to make a payment.
If you’d prefer, can make a payment over the phone. Just call the sales team on 0800 731 33 44 and provide the advisor with your contact details, quote/invoice number, the amount due and they will be more than happy to process your payment for you.
